Logo Ownership & Licence

You grant British Business Tapestry a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use your logo on the website, social media channels and promotional materials for the purpose of operating and promoting the Tapestry.

This licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to British Business Tapestry.

We reserve the right to remove any logo that is found to infringe the intellectual property rights of another party.

Payments

Payments made to British Business Tapestry relate to securing a place within the tapestry and supporting ongoing platform maintenance where applicable.

This may include a founding patch contribution and, where applicable, a small annual maintenance fee to support the upkeep, accuracy and continuity of the tapestry.

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.

Businesses may request removal of their patch and associated logo at any time by contacting us.

We will make reasonable efforts to process removal requests within a reasonable timeframe.
